RETURNS

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or store credit.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
  • Final Sale items, bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, accessories, and gift cards are non-returnable.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional shipping box for protection.

HOW TO RETURN

  1. Visit our Return Center and submit your return request.
  2. Print your prepaid shipping label and attach it securely to your return package.
  3. Drop the package off at your nearest shipping center.

Please note: A small return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS

  • Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for it to be processed.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your selection when submitting the return request.
  • If you used a discount code, your refund will reflect the discounted amount paid.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@stylenova.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
