RETURNS
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or store credit.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
- Final Sale items, bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, accessories, and gift cards are non-returnable.
- Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional shipping box for protection.
HOW TO RETURN
- Visit our Return Center and submit your return request.
- Print your prepaid shipping label and attach it securely to your return package.
- Drop the package off at your nearest shipping center.
Please note: A small return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
REFUNDS
- Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for it to be processed.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your selection when submitting the return request.
- If you used a discount code, your refund will reflect the discounted amount paid.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@stylenova.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
